Default Cycling backwards

Is there anyone hwo has any good hints about cycling backwards? I
haven't really tried much but I find it rather hard. How long does it
take to learn?

It's a slowly learned skill, at least it was for me. Just practice,
practice, practice.

Try searching under "backwards," setting your preferences to search only
the titles. You should get about fifty threads discussing how to ride
backwards.
