Unhappy Crank for Fork

hey i was wondering whether i would be able to put a unicycle 29 inch frame on as a fork for a recumbent i was building, or maybe weld it to the steerer. The wheel on now is a 700c roadie.

Or if there was a crankset able to be put in dropouts and act as a unicycle form but on the front wheel?

And if I did put a unicycle frame on do they have freewheel hub/cranks available?

help would be very much appreciated.
