Default planning a recumbent trike- advice needed

Hello all-
I am planning to build a recumbent trike- the ( http://www.hellbentcycles.com/ )Hellbent Cycles Spitfire (hoping for the newest one, which is not yet released).

I'm 230lbs (100kg), 6'2"(tall), fairly athletic. I will be riding dirt roads, rough roads, and occasional offroad. My riding may well stretch into longer commutes.

I saw these hubs on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/Adventure-Compon...QQcmdZViewItem
Would they be good ones for the front wheels? I plan to use 20" wheels.

Thank you all.
