This is my first post so greetings everyone. Completing PBP (and Brevets) is all about solving problems and the big ones with DB's are numb hands, numb/sore feet, and especially a sore butt. I know, because of doing brevets for many years and giving PBP a go in '03. I've had back surgery since '03 and now seriously considering a bent for this years' event (did I just rhyme?). Here in the States there's just a stigma with these things but as an engineer I appreciate the serious advantages on bents. Any advice about doing PBP on a bent and what type? I've looked at Bachhetta Aero and in fact rode just after PBP in '03 as I vowed to do the next one a bent. Thanks, V |
