Like many people, I started out with a Long Wheel Base. I purchased this used Bike E about a year ago. ![]() Last week, I purchased a lower-riding, short wheel base Optima Dragon. Again, it was a used bike. It seems so easy to get it spinning at 20-25 MPH. ![]() I think I'll stop here for a while |

Nice looking Dragon, BTW. The seat has the old graphics on it. What year is it? |

According to the previous owner, it was purchased new in 2004. Even though it was VERY WINDY today here, I sure enjoyed the commute to work. Coming home was great. It's so easy to ride 20-25 MPH, without a lot of effort. I'd go faster, but I want to develop a little more stability with the under-seat steering first. |
