Default Computer Mounting?

Where on a recumbent might one mount a computer (Shimano Flight Deck, PowerTap CPU, etc)?

Most recumbents are OSS and you mount stuff on their handlebars, just like on a tall bike. Are you looking at an unusual situation for which that doesn't work?

My USS SWB bent has a u-bracket mounted on top of the steerer tube. This bracket holds aluminium cylinder with the same diameter as a regular handlebar. The cylinder is long enough to fit any standard computer mount.
