Question back ache :O

Hey ppz i jus purchased a racing bike the other day and i am a beginner and i was riding for about half hour and i had an ache in my back i dont know if my seat or handlebars were the right height but can anybody give me any advise please?

Position, position, position. You need to figure out the proper length of stem, proper height of your saddle and proper height for your handle bars. It is all relative to your body type.
