Can someone ID the health net rider in this pic?

I took this pic at the San Luis Obispo stage of the Tour of California, but I can't figure out who it is. Can anyone here ID him?

Sorry about the low quality, I haven't done anything to these in photoshop and the flare that day was really, really bad.

O'Neil and Johnson are both medium height ~5'10" but Roulston is 10cm taller and the guy in your two photos looks pretty big so maybe you're right.
