I foolishly volunteered to handle the clothing order for my club. We are looking at the possibility of changing suppliers because we are not really happy with our current order. Does anybody have any recomendations for manufacturers? It looks like in the United Sates the following people are the main players: Voler Santini/Tscyclingusa Champion Pactimo Squadra/Castelli Hincapie Verge Customsublimation Sugoi Giordana Garneu Vermarc Fernando Carvalho Tinelli Am I missing anybody good? Do you know anything about these companies? Thanks |

My team orders from Champion. It seems that nobody in our team was satisfied with the orders. The stitchings on the seams are coming off and the arm warmers slide off easily. For me, I like the material (comfortable before riding), but when you are drenched with sweat, it doesn't dry up as easily as others. The year before I joined, the team ordered from Voler. I have one of the Voler jerseys from that order, and I like using it for the winter or in the morning, it has a really durable material. But anyways, the problem with the armwarmers get annoying, we talked to the Toyota United team earlier this season and they had the same problem. It's worse when you are skinny too. |
