Default Chondromalacia Knee Trouble!!! HELP HELP HELP!

Hey my name is Graham and Im 16 and A cat 3 From Indy. The past 3 weeks my knees have been killing me and it has really hurt my traininging.I have fiddled with my cleats and I havent got them to go anywhere where the pain goes away. I looked up the symptoms that I had and it turns out I have something called Chondromalacia....Does anybody know what I can do in order to make this go away or just what ever so I can ride whether its cleats adjusmant or what not. Thanks..

16 sounds too young to have chondromacia unless you have something else wrong like diabetes affecting the nutrient supply to the knee. It generally only affects person in the mid 20s to late 30s.

At that age your body's regenerative capacity should heal the injury without fissuring the cartilage.

You probably have a different knee ailment.
At 16 I'd suspect tendonitus.
