Default Who has crashed this year?

Just curious. I haven't fallen over or been taken out since last year. Haven't even had a close call (knock on wood). Is anyone out there lucky? Any injuries?

I'd say you damaged your bike. Were you able to salvage much? You were lucky to get away without getting hurt too badly.

Not yet, but i'm yet to pursue legal action. There is a minimum amount to 'incur' as the injured party before the Transport Accident Commission will then cover all further injury treatment. That amount is AU$544.

So i've got my quote for fixing my bike and clothing I was wearing (AU$700) and once i've racked up the AU$544, i'll be pursuing the driver for that amount. Kind of pondering how I can potentially, if at all, get some sort of 'compensation' for the injuries incurred as pain/suffering/lost training.
