Leonard Zinn is a tall guy like you, and he specializes in making frames for tall guys....and girls, I guess. He even makes custom length cranks (longer, shorter, crankarms of different lengths) those with dimensions outside the norm.

Like I said, it just looked like it was small. You have to remember that analyzing fit by looking at a picture on a forum is most often fruitless and a waste of time that could have been spent looking for nude photos of Mila Jovovich. You have to always remember what Confucius said: "If it feels good, do it, but get a hand full of lard just in case."

... but the nose of your saddle should not be pointing down like that. You're supposed to sit on the saddle - not rely on your arms pushing against the bars to keep you on it. As for the 25's - if you like them then keep them. The difference in speed is negligable at best. In a race that 'negligable' may become significant, i.e. in an final sprint you might lose out by a foot but for fast group rides, training and everything else comfy is good. |

I'm going on my 2nd ride today, hopefully a 35+ miler, so I'll keep testing everything out, but so far, the comfort and control of it are unbelievable, also the crank's are 175's, which is a big difference coming off of a cyclocross. Even my form is a ton more comfortable, I'm not as slouched over as I was. So far not 1 issue or complaint (knock on wood). |

Normally I used to ride my "after-work" 22 mile route in about 1:20, today's ride on my new bike was 1:14. I know I had more energy than usual, but it is such a huge difference in everything from comfort to speed. I simply love it. I am in the US since 1993, came from Poland. -Greg |

Yes it definitely is. The main thing I found is that I'm not as slouched over (cause of the compact style), so I have zero neck, back, arm, any pain. Plus I have way more control and power. Every ride gets better as I get used to it. |
