Default What make is this bike?

Hi all. Newbie here. I'm looking for help in determining the make of a bike frame I recently acquired. Bought in Toronto, Canada. It has no visible markings/serial # to help. It is a lugged steel bike. Came with fenders. Uses mini-v brakes. 700c wheels, 1" steer tube. Slightly sloping top tube. It has a kona seat post (27.2) (may not be original). The paint appears to be almost like a thick plastic coating. (not sure if it is original). It appears to be a commuting/touring style. Appears to be good quality build. The forged fork ends have either U N G or L U N G stamped on them. Forged rear dropout with derailuer hanger. rack boses. nice bridge support between the rear shain stays. The cable guides go through the bottom of the bottom bracket. Sealed bearing bottom bracket. I have tried to find pictures on the net, but have not found anything the same (but a lot similar) Any help/insight any of you can give is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Happy riding.
