I quit coffee and it sucks. Is a cup a day in the morning really that bad for you or can i go back?

Coffee addiction has a relatively unpleasant withdrawal syndrome.

You may find difficulty in performing normal functions requiring concentration for a while.

State-specific memory effects may also mean that your memory does not seem to function as well
for a while.

Headaches, irritability, lethargy, nervousness, and mild depression are all fairly common symptoms
associated with coffee withdrawal.

You are addicted to caffeine. It takes awhile to get over the addiction. I gave it up and I think
must have been six months before I didn't miss it. The withdrawal took a number of days the first
time I quit and the final time I quit I tapered off somewhat and the withdrawal was only a day or
so. To stay off of coffee you must avoid cocoa, chocolate, green china tea, black china tea, colas,
Mountian Dew, and guarana.

In time you won't feel the draw. Your "nerves" will be steady and your stomach will not be
hyperacid. Coffee tends to cause the blood sugar to go high and go low it is said by some. Try
something sweet in the morning to raise the blood sugar a little so as to ward off the caffeine
addiction and habit.

the addiction sucks you back in..................

Anything over 2 cups can pose problems.

So drink your cup if you like
