mtb Estepona

I'm off to Estepona/Marbella region soon & have trawled the web for info on local trails/bike parks with very little success. I'm mainly lookin for some decent xc/ singletrack to explore. There are plenty of companys offering guided tours but I'd prefer to be more self reliant.
Any pointers in the right direction would be very much appreciated.
