standing heart rate : 72 bpm

Just started riding dont know anything about HR 3 months ago I was 94 kg now 82kg sitting HR43 wife is nurse What does that mean I do 60 to 70 KMs a day six days a week and feeling good Avg 29 to 32kms  max 78 4000kms in 3 months
no weights Just ride is this good dont want to race Just get fit  ???

Mr ED, a resting HR of 43 ain't bad! 4000k in 3 months aint bad either. I reckon some people don't even drive their cars that far in 3 months.

Mr Ed, sounds like you are living THE LIFE! Man, I don't have time to put in that much mileage. Don't worry about your training, looks like you are on your way to becoming a fast mo fo! ;D

Altwegg  Just a quick note from MR ed Iam still losing weight78kg now but now my resting HR is 38 I dont own a HR moniter so dont know MAX HR I ride pretty hard did a 34kms  ave over 50kms not that hilly ride, when I ride my legs seem to go before my puff. I am still donig 445kms a week at lest I am still losing kgs

Mr_ED, 34 kph over 50 kms isn't bad at all! You are going way faster than most cyclists I see tooling around here.

Like you, my legs go before my lungs do. Bummer!
