Default Hincapie/Gay thing put to rest.

Per dailypeloton.com, George knocked up Melanie. He proposed to her the day
after Paris-Roubaix and she said yes.

Foolish to take that rumor seriously and equally foolish to think that a
pregnancy gives any indication of anyone's sexual preferences.

I never took the rumor seriously (though some of those photos in George's
Blog are a little ... er ... "European") and I think Melanie is an excellent
indication of George's sexual preferences.

I wonder if she know's he's gay.

The gay male lead (Marcello Mastrioni) in Ettore Scola's "A Special Day"
remarks to the woman he has made love to (Sophia Loren) that gay men can
make love to women and do. It's just that it isn't their preference.

When George one day touches his true inner self, he'll decide what to do
with Mel and the kid(s). Either way, the kids will probably be better off
than Armstong's kids in the long run. George seems like a much nicer
person.

I would like you to recall last years tour, and a message of who
dunnit by Steve McGinty? As I gave the tip which lead to the final
answer by Steve I only regret not calling the baby then. How does one
propose with a prenup, and a baby on the way?

Oh, those pictures from Europe were influenced by the local culture and
customs?

Yeah, probably. I just do not think it is cool at all to perpetuate the
rumor in any way. George is one of the nicest guys to race with a US Pro
license and deserves to be treated with a lot more respect. Then again, this
is RBR...

Well, wondering if someone is gay doesn't mean you don't respect them.

I think the gay thing is simply because he's such a goodlooking guy. THat
jet black curly hair and dimple in his chin-yow!

Too bad he isn't interested in brunettes... sigh.

The rumor was never about George's sexuality. It was always about yanking
chains, which is the very core of rbr's existence.

Having said that, check out the shoes.

Can there be any doubt?

That does clear things up. No self-respecting gay man would ever wear those
shoes! George must be straight.

Fon't forget what Elle said about gay men and shoes in Legally Blond.

Hahaha.... they strike me as sort of 'unisex' sandals, probably popular in
Europe.

That only raises more questions. For example: what man other than a
gay man has seen Legally Blond?
