I don't remember (CPS computer is at home) but I think Pave was around 200w or so. I can look when I get hoem.

In my opinion, CPS is required if you plan on training by power. Without IF and TSS it's quite difficult to see what your weekly training load is. I've used the PT software once when I was on vacation and took my laptop from work with me to temporarily store the files until I got home.
