2003 Felt F85. First bike and great for building muscle etc, as it weighs 24 lbs with no bottles or bags. Just added some Spinergy Tillium/Stealth PBO wheels.
$600 bike with $1200 wheels. Sorta like spraying perfume on a pig. But at least I can put the wheels on a new bike when I get it. Oh and it looks neeto now! |

Hello everyone, being my first post here I would like say how happy I am to now be a member.
Now on topic, hopefully soon I will be riding on a 05' Trek 1000. Right now I am confined to training on a small, old mountain bike. Not exactlly fit for the road. |

Looks like Carbon seatstays, Shimano PD520 clipless pedals, and, at the risk of stating the obvious, Velomax wheelset and Vittoria Rubino slicks. That's about all I can see.

A job and a bank account that is seldom withdrawn from is a great way of saving money. Also i'm still at school so i don't pay taxes. If i can afford the best groupset, i will. Even if the sciroccos aren't as good as the Boras. |

those r some cool bikes!!
up until about next week, i will be riding an apollo slammer!!! (ordinary non-racing bike) yesterday i was given an old falcon racing bike (needs new tryes + inner tubes, a bit of maintenence, and maybe a bit more work, i don't know if the gears work yet, as i can't pump the tyres up, so i need a new pump, or that might be the inner tubes.) Does anyone know any websites that could help me identify the bike?, coz i know nothing about it. all i know is that it was designed by ernie clements. |
