I used the original crank and took off the large ring....left the small one on...add some washers and it was fine. I wanted to keep it stock...as much as possible.

bet that looks cool.
taking the big ring off her bike is a good idea...so i don't have to work so hard chasing her down. but that is part of the fun. thanks for the tips; your bike sounds excellent. Quote:
