I'm a wine distributor from Chapel Hill, NC. I live on Dairyland Road, the "mecca" for road biking in this area... lots of rolling hills and beautiful farmland. Just got my first roadie 2 months ago after falling in love with MTB a couple of years ago. I like both a great deal, tho-- just for different reasons.

Another TarHeel as well. Right here in central NC. More rolling hills than anything else. Going down them is a real treat however can't say much for the upside. I tuned fifty and gave up running for cycling ----- can't see why I didn't transition much sooner.
What do I do? Fix broken people ----- Lp

Hi my name is Will and I have recently renovated and opened a bike friendly catered Chalet Lodge near the base of the Alpe d'Huez. Previously I have concentrated on mountain biking, but I'm now in taining to hit the 21 turns of the Alpe D'Huez on a road bike. Wish me luck and take a look at out new web site if your looking for a great place to base yourselves for a special Alpine holiday.

Do you want to ride road, or off-road? Paved trails are everywhere in the twin cities. There are singletracks in Eagan, Burnsville, Fort Snelling, Theo Wirth Park, and The MN River Bottom. A good road ride is the grand rounds, in Minneapolis.

I'm originally from Australia & I used to be a research Materials Scientist. But now I live in Tenerife, which is the world's 3rd largest island volcano. This a a place with no flat roads to speak of and 2300m/7000ft climbs from sea level!
Precisely two years ago I started a new webpage www.Tenerife-Training.net and offer pro bike hire on this magnificent island. My new life has not been easy. I have had to learn Spanish and adapt to the local culture... I hope you can stop by and take a look + sign my guestbook. ![]()

My wife and I are retired and travel full time in a motorhome. We are presently in Mexico and I ride 10-12 miles most days of the week over every type of road imaginable. Lately my Trek w/Shimano 200GS derailer has been shifting erratically and I need to know the procedure for ALL the adjustments. Last year I had the shifters changed from lever/thumb actuation to rotary actuation; any help would be appreciated.
Thanks |

I am currently attending school to become a EMT-Paramedic. |
