Welcome to the forum. Sorry I can't give you any advise on your condition, I had to google ischial tuberosity just to see what that it was and I'm still not sure what I was reading. But by your accomplishments I'm sure you will over come this one too.

I am a keen road cyclist from Melbourne Australia, last year I rode a couple of the legs of the Giro and did Mt Ventou during a week riding in Provence. That was just an amazing experience.
My main passion is in line speed skating and love racing in Europe when ever I can. You can see me and my buddies training around the Albert Park Formula 1 track Sat and Thur mornings. This year I am doing a swim in Greece 12-18 July with Swimtrek and after that would like to ride the Pyrenees. I am totally stumped as to where to start. Any suggestions drop me an email david@rayson.cc and I will be for ever grateful. David |

Sterling Virginia near Washington, DC USA.
When the weather warms up, 100-180 miles a week, 6400 miles last year. Returning to cycling after a 30 year break. I love all the new technology and improvements since I left (20 speeds, clipless pedals, power meters, 18# typical road bike). I do miss tubulars however. I do weigh more than when I stopped racing (180# vs 150#) so now I need to tougher stuff.
