Whatever.

Zabriskie won the first TT. But Basso got beat by Julich in the last TT and lost almost 1:30 to Ullrich. I am not as confident about IB's TT skills as some.

Basso is still improving on his TT skills, Ullrich is NOT! Besides Valverde and Popo also are bad TT'ers......

If were looking at riders for the future only T.dekker is a very good TTist allready at 20 years old (problem is he only can handle 5 km climbs)..........wonder what he can do when he matures.....

Popo a bad TTer? He was only 1:18 down on Zabriskie at Stage 1 TT in this years TdF. Other notables-Julich 1:07 down, Ullrich 1:08 down, Landis 1:02 down, Basso 1:26 down, Vino :53 down, Leiphiemer 1:13 down, Botero 1:30 down. I'd say he's in pretty good company with his time, with some room for improvement.

Valverde 2:24 down.

Yeah youre right.......'bad 'TT'ist' was probably to harsh He's good, but should be a lot better if he wants to go for podium.......

If he can improve his TT the rest of this season and offseason he'll be in the mix next year.

I think Popo needs to improve both his ITT and his climbing, although both are already good. Bruyneel will do his best to whip him into shape.

You are right, IB is TTing much better. And next year is a different story. But JU is a superb TTist and has been for eleven years. As is stands now, I see Basso losing a minute per 40 kms of TT to Ullrich.

You're right about Thomas Dekker. I'm looking at him and Lovkvist to become very strong riders. Dekker looked great in the Giro. Very good position on the bike.
