Per CN, JU has taken 47 sec off Rasmussen, even before JU gets to 17 km check.

Rasmussen's bike is being replaced cos wheel was probably damaged in the crash. Basso has already passed him

You'd expect Basso to gain time on Ullrich over the first half of the ITT - but gaining time on LA too !
