Poor Rasmussen - unfortunate with the mechanical and the fall earlier didn't help.
He deserved better luck to be honest. |

Mancebo could come in to the reckoning for Rasmussen :
3mins on GC between them : MR might even lose 4th place as it is. |

Rasmussen had about 3 1/2 minutes to Mancebo at the beginning of the stage. Mancebo's not that good an ITTist, but he was 10th at 17km. If Rasmussen isn't careful, he could lose fourth to Mancebo.
