Yes, it has been there a while I think. The classes are a little pricy though.

Havn't seen any yet.

4 including Lindsay rode on Sunday, not me. There was high winds on Captain Cook Bridge and somewhere else.

I did the commute today, currently North Sydney, a series of sprints with a very heavy backpack between traffic lights etc - interval training? Got the legs to burn doing swats at the gym.

If its dry tomorrow, I'm going to Tempe Velodrome Wednesday night to do some standing sprints.

Have you entered the Golburn to Camdem race ?

Yes, they have reopened it. Go the the cycling web site, the one they send us links to about once a week.

Sideshowbob looked into it and its doable, you need to finish the first 81k within 10 minutes of the main bunch. As they will probably cruse for the first 20 odd k, you just need to hang onto the bunch for about 40 k, to be close enough to be within the 10 minute cutoff.

I'm doing Olympic Park tennis court vet racing on the same day.

Should be out on Sunday, but a bit out of shape, I've missed so many rides lately.

Missed Sat again- too tired from saturday. Third again. Now I need to start a new thread "the curse of third place" as i have yet to do better.

The race seems a little long for me. I don't think i can do 180km or whatever.

You must be cursed.

Sucked at the sprinting at the track last night, but did well in the sprinting this morning at Olympic, just love that little uphill.

Did you know that Lindsay isn't training or racing at the moment (but is commuting). He broke a rib maintaining his bike.

Thats bad news. How on earth did he manage that??? Did his bike stand fall on him or something ?

Good work on the olympic park riding, that is a real effort.

Leaning on the seat while undoing the pedal and the rib popped.
