I think it was an article linked off of slashdot or newsforge to an article on that site about m-soft and the BSA raiding a preschool paramilitary style. I looked at other articles on the site and found that one.

This is a shout out (of a negative variety) to the ignorant ass who owns the ugly mustard yellow Hummer on my street in New Jersey (and yes you KNOW who you are!)

The next time you have that ghastly thing lumber itself down our residential street and almost run over two cyclists I hope the damn thing blows up! In desperation I was going to make you a deal, that if you get rid of that Hummer I'd give you a hummer, but you're too ugly even for that pal!
