i was just thinking about it since i live a very senentary lifestyle.i've never done it before.im still thinking about it.

i know riding helps alot,but right now i need a way to get me a bike.i might start off riding around my town.just to get used to it and not being out of the house for so long.im addicted to the comptuer.i don't even know if i know how to ride a bike anymore.since im so thick im might start off for 15 min.and work my way up.

i have a hard time doing that sometimes.enjoying life.i live a very sendentary lifestyle.i have no friends.right now i want to play tennis too.i guess you can say i was a little withdrawn,but now im starting to get out more and have hope.like i said,i want to take one step at a time.for living with my parents for so long.i don't have my license and car because 0f my epilepsy.im doing better now though.like i said im getting out the house more often.or fixing to start to.things are looking up.i just have to take one step at a time.

i have no motivation.i live in a small town.and i don't see anybody that wants to be friends with me. i almost made another friend.i think.at piggly wiggly,but i lost it.i have a problem keeping friends.im reading a book for that.im going to try and go to walmart friday and buy me a bike,but my parents like to procrastinate when it comes to me and my needs.
