Yes, because 'Who's on first.

Will there be another big 'revelation' to doping leaked in a week or two resulting in 10 or more TDF riders being thrown out of this year's tour and see a repeat of the mayhem we saw last year?

Yes, they just need to get into European racing as early as possible.

Will Bettini win Lombardy this year?

Yes but in a few more years, unless he can recreate that 2004 Giro form.
