nice work lads, you're all welcome here. There's even more of us over on this thread anyway it seems, more pages of utter crap to wade through every morning when you crank out the first coffee.

And Brian's from NJ so he's good in my book.

I love easy weeks, should be more of 'em.

Get to knock a few kays off the speedo and sit up and watch the 'scenery'. Bloody brilliant morning for a ride today, too. Cold though. The Melbournites must've left the fridge door open again brrrrr.

But wot's with the traffic? Thick as mud. I reckon everyone's getting into the summer groove a little early this year, making the most of the afternoon sun an warmth instead of sitting in a stinking office. Damn them. Damn them all to hell.

is it my imagination, or do only about 6 posts fit on a page?

Maybe my settings are wrong...

There was heaps of traffic on my way in this morning too. Both car and bikes. It's strange how these things go in patterns. Last night there was barely any traffic on my way home.

Maybe cyclingforums adapts the number of posts per page depending on the size of the content. your post is #274 on page 19, which is an average of about 14 posts per page.

Baj, we had an issue? I don't remember that . . . .
You're in BURLINGTON now? wow takes me back to HS
(willingboro but my favourite sheila lived in Burlington).

I think the ref to brian was Expatriate.

Marty
Oh okay
I sometimes forget to realise that I am not the only Brian walking about.

Yes we did Marty. It was a thread about carbon frames being produced in China or something...and it got a bit political. You issued a warning to all parties but you quoted a post of mine without saying my post wasn't at issue. We resolved it quite nicely and I have never had any trouble on BF since. I thanked you then and I will thank you now for that.

I remember you talking about riding around Princeton (Kopps Cyclery) and spending time in New Hope (my g/f loves it there). I moved to Burlington 2 months ago and it is okay. It is nice being 2 blocks from the Delaware River.

Cheers,

Brian (not Expatriate )

Hmmm. I certainly don't have time to read through all the posts, so I'll just ask the question:

Is anyone here aware that there is one less moderator on BF?

Prolly not polite to discuss it in an open forum, especially "the opposition" for want of a better description.

You've resigned?

I'm assuming you mean our nomination for "moderator of the year?"

Entirely appropriate in my opinion - are there any other female mods? You'll need one for the women's forum, I guess.

Hey, has anyone (in melb) got an old Repco fan style exercise bike lying around gathering dust? Preferably without the moving arms....
