Dear Coward,
I will always set the record straight against your lies and distortion. First, you claim Blanchard never contacted me he did, didn't he. You lied. now you are questioning why. You will always lie. I will always prove it. As for the restraining order and different emails, again you lie. Any different emails were sent prior to a restraining order. It expired after a year and I wrote again, using my name. Any newspaper that bars readers form writiing to it is a piece of crap. You acknowledge that Hadekel was indeed fired just as I predicted and Stockland was bounced out of newspaers. Montgomery and Bagnall were sanctioned by The Gazette for poor journlaism practices which is EXACTLY what I had complained about. I am still writing as an article only 10 days ago proves: http://www.pressconnects.com/apps/p.../706070330/1005 Thursday June 7, 2007 VIEWPOINTSIf I were ... Barbara J. Fiala I would encourage economic development by ... ED ARZOUIAN, JOHNSON CITY I could encourage economic development by: * Finally consolidating economic development offices to reduce redundancy and the duplication of services, focus efforts and maximize available marketing and promotional funds. At the moment I am familiar with at least five agencies doing basically the same thing here: 1. Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce. 2. City of Binghamton. 3. Broome County. 4. Greater Binghamton Coalition. 5. Greater Binghamton Convention and Visitors Bureau. I'm told there are as many as 16 agencies claiming to promote development, marketing and promotion of Broome County. * Create some basic signage on all the major highways entering this county. I have been coming to Binghamton for 35 years before living here. I learned only 18 months ago there was a zoo here. I spoke to an elderly woman from Rochester on the weekend that was in Binghamton for the first time. She said, "I have driven through for 50 years but never stopped." I'd say about 30 million people year can make that claim. Put out signs about the B-Mets and Senators, the zoo, etc. * Build decent visitors centers in the right places. * Market the area to people outside of the area. Yes, this sounds like something that goes without saying, it seems to make commons sense. Believe it or not, it is almost NEVER done. People here have blinders on. The City of Binghamton markets itself to Clinton Street residents with banners! They're here already. I think they get it. * Market Broome County and Binghamton in Ontario and Quebec as well as neighboring states. They all drive through and know where it is already. Tell people in Ottawa their NHL farm team is here and offer them discounted rates for making the trek here to see the farm team. Fans from here will go to Ottawa, and fans from there will come here. Do the same in NYC with the Mets. * Target specific areas of industrial development such as transportation hubs, information technology, health care, warehousing (drop & ship) and defense contracts and subcontractors to compliment those we already have. * Tie tax breaks, incentives and grants of those companies to residency requirements of their employees. If the new employees arriving from a tax break or government contract come here to work, have them live here. * Seek out alternative energy sources, probably wind power. Encourage manufacture of such technologies to move into our empty industrial plants and warehouses. Bio-diesel fuels seem already to be growing here. * Allow transmission lines through the county. * Find legal barriers to limit or delay welfare recipients from major metropolitan areas re-locating here and immediately receiving social assistance. We have become a dumping ground for the problems of others. If New York state wants us to take on the burdens of downstate cities they should compensate us for doing so. * Enforce current codes and laws on absentee landlords. Create new laws and increase penalties upon absentee landlords for land speculation and flipping of properties without improvements. * Loosen building codes in downtown Binghamton to make the renovation and conversion of upper floors of vacant downtown buildings into housing more economically viable. * Consolidate as many municipal services as possible. * Break down petty bickering and puny territorial disputes, reduce the number of paid political representatives for the many small, local municipal jurisdictions. The municipal boundaries of this area are ridiculously antiquated and unrepresentative. * Pay me a huge consulting fee. ---------- You complain about my being fired at the 2003 World Road Cycling Championships after four months, you know it was 6 months and the contract as only nine months long anyway. Again you lie. I was fired because I refused to go along with the siphoning of funds away from cycling to CFL suppliers around Hamilton. I was the only one there looking after the sport. As you know but refuse to mention ,a month after I left the Events Coordinator and all her staff resigned only one month before the race. The Hamilton 2003 organization was a disaster. The $15,000,000 spent by various level of government were wasted and the CCA walked away from the event without one new sponsor. Another Kinash disgrace. Remember he kept the CCA marketing position VACANT during the most important event in the sport in 30 years. Sheer stupidity. So, coward, you cannot be believed. You stated yourself your only raison d'etre was to harass me. Original Message ----- From: peeinin nepean To: ed@arzouian.com Sent: Wednesday, April 13, 2005 1:55 PM Subject: Re: Loser! "You're completely right, I am harassing you anonymously for spite...." More than two years later you are still at it. You are obviously a nut case and a liar. Get help. |

So you're acknowledging that the charges were dropped in exchange for a restraining order? Seems to me that whenever a judge throws out charges and says they're preposterous, they rarely decide to slap a restraining order on the accused. So that was the great Ed Arzouian courtroom victory: walked in with weapons and harrassment charges, walked out with a restraining order. What would a loss have looked like?
Your "article" is a little "man on the street" thing, to see what those who real journalists call "normies" (for "normal people") think about a topic. The whole idea behind the article is that the person contributing it is not a journalist. The other person who wrote is a university grad. This is like when you used to refer to all those letters to the editor to far-flung newspapers as "articles." Like I said, a groupie, a wannabe. Did they pay you for this? And not a coupon for a free entree at Little Venice, but real pay? Who's the liar? You get fired after 6 months but you say that's okay, was only a 9-month job anyway! That only emphasizes what you've always seen cycling to be, a public trough to feed at. For all your high-minded talk about your love for cycling, your main concern was that it was a solid paycheck. So while others volunteer to flag at crits, you say they're idiots, that it's not real cycling. Because real cycling provides employment for Ed Arzouian. Just goes to show how desperate they must have been to get rid of you that they'd ditch you with only 3 months to go. Cost them a lawsuit, didn't it? Thought you could squeeze a little more from the trough? And it's easy to say the organization was incompetent, but you weren't fired because of that, you were fired because your relentless search for self-publicity led you to write pieces in VeloNews slagging the organization and complaining about veterans. Oh I forgot, those pieces were constructive, part of your mission to properly publicize the Worlds. Dickhead. Why call me a coward? After all, you don't post under your real name, either, right? Oh right, it's because you're banned. Because otherwise you'd be thrilled to post under your real name, more attention, more Google hits. Then you could send the link to your friends on the Media in Montreal list, another one you've hijacked, calling it an "article" in a "leading cycling information site." Who's the liar. But since you're obsessed with figuring out who I am, I will drop another hint, a bigger one this time. You seem to be posting early in the morning for a guy who works at the public trough, courtesy Binghamton's republican organization. I seem to be posting early too, but in fact it's already afternoon where I am. Quote:

I really could not care less who you are.
You are truly an obsessed nut job. And, of course a coward. Each post displays the depth of your obsession with me. Everyone can see you have a real problem. I have my own litle stalker! Toil away in anonymity there my little worm. You have no credibility. You say I'm no longer getting publish. But I am, and then you are not satisfied with the exposure level. You say Blanchard, President of the CCA, doesn't contact me. But he does. Then you question why. You criticize the VeloNews pieces but forget they were ALL approved by Pierre Hutsebaut, Competition Coordinator and Norm Miller, the Communications Director of Hamilton 2003. If you do not like them blame Hutsebaut and Miller as well , they vetted them. You claim I have hijacked the Media in Montreal site, another web forum you followed me to but I have not posted more than one comment every two months or so for about a two years. Another lie of yours. Go count the posts there for me and then count those from others. I'm nowhere near a regular poster. You are a liar and obviously very deranged. You come on this cycling site, after delving into a site for Binghamton, NY and a media site in Montreal, seeking information on me, apparently from Europe with nothing better to do than harass me. You’re sick and angry obsession must be eating you alive. Good! You’re one sick puppy. Bye, bye, fruitcake. Keep reading. -Ed Arzouian, Johnson City, NY Last edited by Fausto Coppied : 19-06.-2007 at 12:13 AM. |

No, I said you weren't a journalist like you say you are, and you're not. You're a groupie, a poser. Real media people see them all the time. Let me pull an Ed Arzouian on you: "Answer the question. Did you get paid for your article? Did you? How much?" Quote:
No, I said that even if he contacts you he couldn't care less what you say about anything. And you admitted as much, saying that Kinash probably had more influence over his first hiring as President than you did. Quote:

Are you kidding me? You singlehandedly destroyed three web forums, including this one, by posting endless reams of personal attacks, responding within the minute to all posts for a period of about 6 years despite allegedly having a day job, and you accuse me of obsessiveness? You, who couldn't e-mail media for a year because of a restraining order after having been arrested for obsessive e-mail spam? Me, who crawls out of my hole every six months or so, googles for about 20 minutes, and gives you back what you have coming? You post endless reams of crap, twist quotes from other posters, obsessively cut and paste your postings into other threads to clog them with your garbage, and accuse someone else of obsessiveness? Ed, you're the sick puppy, and everyone knows it. 20 years ago you had some measure of respect in the cycling community. 15 years ago, less. 10 years ago, a shred, among a handful of people. Now, zippo. |

Dear Obsessed Coward,
No, you did not say I was not a journalist. You said, and I quote, "Like you haven't been bounced from the entire planet of journalism. Even Pedal and VeloNews won't take your stuff any more." Obviously, newspapers still take my stuff. They did so last week and the week before. You lied. I have not “been bounced from the entire planet of journalism”. Read your own words more carefully. Read them as closely as you read mine. Pedal now writes about me, instead of me writing for them, and even touted me as having written for them for their anniversary. http://www.pedalmag.com/index.php?m...il&item_id=6787 I suppose it depends how you define a journalist. I wrote about 300 pieces for The Gazette most on sports but also on education and science. I wrote for The Globe and Mail. I wrote for Pedal, Bicycling, VeloNews and much more. I worked for Associated Press in Washington DC as a photo editor. I was on the phone with Larry Speaks, President Reagan's Press Secretary. I wrote a Political Column for The Montreal Suburban. I worked for a year on a newspaper in Valleyfield. It may be a small one but it was a newspaper. You will no doubt dismiss it. Who cares, you are a nobody. Nobody cares what you have to say. Nobody knows or cares who you are. Am I a journalist now, no. I do other things. My press releases are printed almost every other week. So are my photos. (Four on June 14, 2007 Press & Sun-Bulletin Page 30 Faces & Places, a full page). Are you subscribing to that paper to follow my activities? You should. You say I had no credibility 10 years ago, yet I ran the Canadian National Cycling Championships only 4 years ago.....I ran the Montreal Women's Road World Cup eight years ago. My, how you lie, to distort the facts. It is not me whw lacks credibility. It is you. Every twisted statement you make I disprove. Do you realize how obsessed you appear to the outside world? You are here on this web site about cycling. You have clearly proven you have followed me to three cycling forums (BTW, you had it backwards, Pedal Forum died when I left, not before, it was thriving then, go look you can still compare the views and replies before and after me), a Montreal media forum, a forum about Binghamton, NY and emailed me personally with your harassment. Normally you should be arrested. Anybody, anybody at all, reading this realizes you have gone over the deep end. You have deep psychological problems. I really screwed you over big time didn’t I! Get help, my stalking little worm. You amuse me like a clown. You described yourself well here, “Me, who crawls out of my hole every six months or so, googles for about 20 minutes, and gives you back what you have coming?” It is time for you to crawl back into your hole or under your rock or wherever a slime like you dwells…. “Me, who crawls out of my hole every six months”, I love it!!!!!! Like a friggin groundhog. Seems like there is a small self-esteem issue there...... Last edited by Fausto Coppied : 19-06.-2007 at 03:17 AM. |

Back to Canadian cycling now that my little stalker has gone back into her hole for the night:
Do you think the Canadian Cycling Association is somewhat overwhelmed? Their web site “Events calendar” on their home page lists three events: May 2, May 13 and May19-20. Here we are in the peak of the season, most of June gone by and the national governing body of the sport cannot even manage to list its own events. If the CCA cannot be bothered to update its own calendar how does it expect anybody else to take interest? Instead we get asinine bike “tips” that don’t apply or are meaningless to everyone holding a racing license, the very clientele of the CCA. What’s a matter, Lorraine? Can’t you keep up the pace? Did you think you were getting into a cushy PR job where you wouldn’t have to do anything for three-quarters of the day? I’ll bet you spend all your free time surfing the web for other jobs, huh! I had told you to quit before you looked foolish. I guess it is too late for that…. Keep up the poor job. What will you be cutting next? Who will be fired when you realize that revenues are dropping some more? Bill Kinash’s mission of killing the sport nation-wide is almost complete. Okay, if including you in a listing of people who've written for them since 1989 means "writing about you." Do they write often about you? Now that they've banned you from their forum? Quote:
Hey, Ed, I'm willing to let the general public draw their own conclusions about how obsessive I am. Followed is a big word. I sit down for a glass of wine, chat on Skype with my people back in maple leaf land, and we ask ourselves: "Hey, wonder what load of shite that whacko Ed Arzouian is up to these days?" This happens a couple times a year, so I do a quick google, catch up with your sorry butt, and make your life miserable for a day or two by typing in a bunch of stuff that is completely true, and becomes apparent to anyone who does a modicum of research. I could do this twice a year for the next 20 years and still not come close to the number of days you've made people I know miserable. See you at Christmas! |

Along with that crew, more biking legends showed for Gord's party, as his old Magic Cuts crew from the early nineties showed up. Adam Ruppell, Chris Koberstein, Dave Spears and Jacques Landry. You just keep avoiding the questions, Ed. So here's another Ed Arzouian prodding:
Are you acknowledging that your harrassment and weapons charges were dropped in exchange for a restraining order? Why do you insist on calling an unpaid "man on the street" thing an article? Did you get paid for it? How do you explain that you think it's okay to get fired after 6 months, because there were only 3 months left anyway? Do you really only care about how much something pays you? And if you really care about the good of Canadian cycling, why do you slag hard-working race promoters to their local press, and sue the CCA for as much as you think you can get, forcing them to incur legal charges? How did you get that job at the aptly-named Goodwill Theatre, Ed? Who did you know? How did they come across you, toiling away at a free ad flyer in Butt-f***ing-Egypt (more "journalism")? How come the people who hired you, with taxpayer money, are the same people whose political campaign you worked on? You keep avoiding the questions, Ed. You keep trying to move the lines. You keep hoping everyone in the world is too dumb to notice your act. Nice try. Last edited by peeininnepean : 19-06.-2007 at 02:26 PM. |

I have answered all those questions numerous times for the last five years. If you want the answers Google me as you usually do. I will address the cycling issues, because this is a cycling web site: I sued the CCA because I believed I was unjustly dismissed. That's my right. If the courts did not agree there is nothing I can do about it. It doesn't mean it was right. The CCA has had numerous opportunities to do the right thing. Each time they choose to do the wrong thing. That is why they find themselves in such dire straits, having lost over 30% of their revenue in a year crashing from $2.7 million to $1.7 million, firing three employees and two coaches, due mainly to mismanagement and poor decisions, like leaving the Marketing Director position vacant during the most important event in the sport in the country in 30 years or like hiring non-cycling people to run a cycling association. I didn't slag any race promoters, I slagged the national road championships that have a Criterium but did not give it a national title status. That decision by the CCA was a stupid one. It was another marketing mistake. They realized it and corrected it with my prodding. The Criterium is now a national title as it is in the US and other countries. That's all you're getting fruitcake. Obsess on. Do you have picture of me up in your room? What the world sees is that you are a seriously deranged person with a huge chip on your shoulder whose only interest is to harass me. Quote:
Good luck with that. Now back under that rock you stated you live under....:-) OH, BTW, I'm sending this latest stuff over to Canwest and The Gazette, somebody there can figure out who you are. Maybe you were stupid enough to use their computers. Last edited by Fausto Coppied : 20-06.-2007 at 04:58 AM. |

Dear Canwest and The Gazette, I think you have one sick puppy on your hands. One of your employees (current or past) is obsessed with me. I have brought this to your attention before. I’m quite certain it is one of your employees harassing me. They have emailed me directly. In the past four years they have followed me the Canadian Cyclist web forum, to the Pedal Magazine web forum, to the www.Cyclingforums.com forum to the www.bcvoice.com forum, always bringing up the old lawsuit and offering the public information about me like salaries or email addresses from eight years ago, that I don’t even remember.. This is one warped person. Most recently they mentioned being in a time zone that would put them in Europe or Africa and using Skype to phone back to Canada to discuss me with colleagues (see below) . They say they will be back at Christmas. Who do you have at your papers that would fit this bill? I’m assuming it is somebody like Peter Hadekel or Sue Montgomery, maybe Peter Stockland or somebody that knows them well. Who else would know that Peter Stockland tossed in a Christmas card I dropped by your offices in Dec. 2001 as part of his “evidence” to the police in 2001? (see below in red). Are any of your reporters in a place that would match up with this? You might want to check their mental health. At sometime I guess I’ll have IP addresses traced and call the FBI, then it wil be in their hands. Thx. Sincerely, Ed Arzouian, Johnson City, NY Samples of the recent posts from www.Cyclingforums.com are posted below. (lucky readers here have seen it all already...) |

LMAO. They must be shitting their pants laughing at you. I have never drawn a paycheck from the Gazoo or Canwest in my life. In fact, I would say your instant paranoia that it must be some old Gazette hand(s) at work driving you off the edge says more about you and where you perceive your conspiracies than anything else. And I'd be curious to see what law has been broken that the FBI would be interested in getting involved.

We'll see if anybody recognizes you.
I doubt they will be laughing at me. It is obvious you have the obsession. Furthermore, you have insider knowledge that ties you Canwest and/or The Gazette. They will take a look. A few questions will be asked. Only a handful of people would know or remember the Christmas card. Only a nutcase would delve into such minutiae. As for the rest, I don't believe anything you say, so you might have made everything up from your hole, who knows. As for the FBI, harassment and stalking come to mind. You might want to look at the new laws GWB put on the books here. Even lying about your identity is now a crime. Anyway, it costs nothing, takes little time and will be so worth it if you get nailed again. I’m saying again because obviously you feel that you were nailed once…. Back under that rock of yours, now. Be a good piece of excrement. Stew in your bile. |

Is that so, Fausto? p.s. Thanks for the single most amusing letter I've ever read. Have a great day. And yes, I read your stuff. This is the best comedy I've ever come across. We all think so. Quote:

Hey, Uboat, thx for reading. Glad you are still there, quietly observing.
I'm going to cut you a little slack because you are probably somewhat computer illiterate but here is how it works, writing under a username is NOT necessarily lying about your identity or writing anonymously if you tie the username to a real name and email address which belongs to you and is verifiable. Do you think this nutjob, peeininnepean, has listed her own name anywhere? I doubt it. I have listed my own name. Last edited by Fausto Coppied : 20-06.-2007 at 06:05 AM. |
