Default Re: United States of OBESITY

Eating well is definitely the best and easiest way to be healthier. Along with long rides of course. I am living on my own after living on a college campus and I am saying right now that living in college is one of the worst things for you physically. A lack of exercise, too much bad food, too much stress, large amounts of alcohol...

...But now that I am cooking for myself I feel better, I am not as hungry all the time, I am satisfied with the food I eat, and I am working as an ecotour guide so long rides and long miles kayaking probably help too.
