Yeah... how are your kids taking it Malkmus? I still remember when our dog passed away. I was trying to act tough and not cry as the eldest son (12 years old), but it was hurting a lot inside.

So, Homeboy is gone. He was the smartest freakin dog I've ever seen and was always getting into tons of trouble. He was also adorable. We are going to miss him.

Sorry to hear about that.

Your son grew up with the dog, eh (about the same age, right?) How's he taking it?

Sorry to hear it. Very sad . . .
Thanks. Kids are taking it pretty hard. My oldest is 9. The 8 year old is really heartbroken. Five year old is indifferent. My wife is taking it the hardest.

What about Dave Z and porn? I am missing something.

Oh. I did have a celebrity sighting today. I saw Joe Biden on the train. I didn't realize that he commutes back to Delaware everyday.

I had picked up on this forum through various posters here that Dave Z's moustache made him look like a Swedish pornstar. Since I've never seen a porn film, I can't verify this, but it did initiate some posts about possible films he could do in hospital while he recuperated.

I have seen a porn film, and a Swedish on at that, and I don't remember noticing any male faces.

I freaking love Joe Biden. I wish he would have gotten the nom, but he has that white male thing going against him.

I am just imagining things or has Biden had a serious hair transplant? I seem to recall him being mostly bald the first time he ran for president, and now he has the old, distinguished statesman look.

You know, if we would have just left the decision to team colors, we could have made the decision we ultimately did on that basis alone a long time ago.

Thanks for asking.

Congratulations on the new team... and yes I think you should just go with team colors from now on. What a time saver!!

Of course. Biden hails from Scranton, Pa...same as Hillary (well her parents anyway).

I like Biden too. He would never make it as a presidential candidate because he speaks his mind.

I thought it was pretty cool that he was traveling without an entourage and lugging a heavy ass briefcase nearly exploding with papers. The guy was defininatley planning on reading some shit tonight.

Did they both work for Dunder Mifflen at some stage?

Whadda ya think of me self portrait? I need Eden to pass judgment since she's seen me. NNS wouldn't have a clue what I look like cause she has never ever seen me.

Someone once said that life is just a series of dogs and I guess I could sum up my life in that simplistic way ,but each animal has been unique and given me more than I was capable of giving back.
I miss them all. Take comfort in knowing that you gave him the best life he could have.
If I were half as good as my dog I would be 10 times better than I am.
