You claim Lister Farrar was an oportunist with regard to the old Canada Cup Series, you claim "The CCA basically went along for the ride. Lister (a good bureaucrat) rode it well.. for as long as it lasted." No doubt Lister will eventually blast you for that.

In reality were it not for Lister and the former CCA the Canada Cups would never had been part of the Canadian Tire Series. The CCA made it part of the deal.

Oh Ed, your poor ego works so hard. Who cares that you have a girlfriend who is an Operating Room nurse? Last time you labeled her as an ER nurse, but again, who cares? Do you think a nurse is higher up the social ladder? As a nurse she probably has a two year diploma and she works at a job where everyone else tells her what to do, not much to brag about. I don't understand why you hang your hat on this. And to put in a claim of riding...ha, ha, ha. You fat ass, you need to get out more then that! Isn't it embarassing calling yourself a cyclist and being that fat? It's a good thing that you come from the day when all you had to do was train a few minutes here and there. Racers today train 3-5 hours 6 days a week and every month of the year. You have to be thankful for coming from a time when you only needed a bit of talent and no real work ethic. Look at where you are in life; it speaks clearly of no work ethic. No success, always getting fired. How come you can't find a women who will make the committment of mairrage? I guess they always want that quick out when things go sour. Poor, poor Ed.

Absolutely. Depends on the time of the year, but there is a big chunk where you are primarily building the aerobic engine. I coach several riders who compete nationally and they do big hours for most of the year. Currently, with cross season they are doing shorter hours with more intensity.

But all this is an aside from Ed not knowing anything.
