That's right. If you can dope and get away with it... good luck to you. Let's go back to the previous umpteen dozen years of doping in cycling, and the omerta, and we'll just wait patiently for another Festina or OP scandal to bust things open again and completely wreck the sport. Never mind all the kids that have to start doping at 17 to make the grade.
