There's another posting on that sight that says 'when Paceliners speak, the cycling world listens' - I honestly think the only thing that can save those people is a team of crack deprogrammers |

Over at DP Ali has finally flipped out. I knew it would happen eventually.
I better record a copy before Steve deletes everything. From the "Rock 3 and Omerta" thread: Ali: You have no shame and you are less than a man. Bringing rider's spouse into the mix is out of order. Let's draw a line somewhere. You need to seriously address your values. If I see any more posts like that, I'll return the PM storm you gave me, when I innocently suggested that I knew Floyd didn't dope (fact). Prepare to suffer jimmypop. You really don't want to feel my wrath ! FlockOfBros (in resonse to Ali): Somebody get a straightjacket. fab (in reponse to Ali): Are you making a Will Googehan ? Ali (in response to FlockOfBros): Yes, get a ####ing straight jacket. I'll still go down kicking and screaming because I can see how warped and weird this forum is. You guys are not only irrelevant, you're not even acknowledged. This is a back water with vermin swimming around looking for weak to attack. jimmypop (in reponse to Ali's first post): Maybe the spouse connection cuts a little close to home with the Floydster? Yeah, I went there. Yeah, you shouldn't have hit "Reply". PM storm? Man, if telling you to f**k off is your version of a "storm", then you're going to have a hard time on this here Intarwebs thing. Tell Floyd I said "Hi". I've still got a poster he signed for me at a NORBA national, only now it sits under my cat's litter box. Floyd sure does pop a mean wheelie, though. Maybe he can hook up with a traveling circus and wheelie around the midway hawking raffle tickets and cotton candy. But, you've convinced me of the error of my ways. I'll be drawing a name, at random, from a hat filled with the names of riders who've tested positive these past few years. Then, I'll throw my entire being (and some financial resources) behind supporting that rider's quest for innocence.. I'll sit at the computer and argue nonsensically against credible evidence until my fingers bleed and I soil myself, taking breaks only when my Internet connection is on the fritz. jimmypop (in reponse to Ali's second post): Just take a little testosterone (remember, a little dab'll do ya!), and start swimming with the sharks, champ. FlockOfBros (in response to Ali): So you classify yourself amongst the weak (minded). I guess you are not totally delusional.

Reminds me of a passage in King's novel: "Through that summer, X had been edging steadily out over some mental abyss, walking on a bridge that had grown relentlessly more and more narrow. On that day when <snip>..., that bridge had narrowed to a tightrope. The tightrope had snapped this morning." Seems similar to your description of Ali. ![]() Quote:

I liked this line..."You guys are not only irrelevant, you're not even acknowledged." That's a funny thing to say to someone you're talking to... ![]()

This get's better and better. I think Ali may really be Tom Cruise. The latest from our friend Ali:
CAMPYBOB, Thanks for injecting a freeze frame into this madness. It gives me an escape route. I'm struggling out of the mire, but I am getting out of it. The sucking madness of all that cow #### is slowly leaving me behind. I am now moving onto a better and more attractive place (i.e. anywhere else). Thanks for the assist CAMPY. I needed it. I have some sort of a complex where I feel obliged to step in and stop bad things when I see them. Life has already taught me that that sort of attitude generally gets you into trouble, but I just can't help myself. Nobody else is going to police the streets so when I see bad #### happening, I can't resit jumping in and attempting to kick the ass of the scum involved. Mad, bad and dangerous to know ?. Maybe, but nobody gets a free ride on my watch. I have aspirations for how I want society to be and I judge all against that benchmark. That's why I loath the DPF denizens ... weak cowering creatures of no substance. Ali

If he loathes DPF denizens, I wonder what he thinks of us here.
Reading a single thread here might give him apoplexy. |
