Of course I don't think they've thought about the 2 (or 4) years penalty if found guilty.
Imagine the new rants that will come up if Contador is banned for 2 years with a further 2 year period when he cannot go to a ProTeam! Maybe a few dudes will even make him an honorary American.

Someone will tell them that later and they will all turn 180 degrees and suddenly hate this new OP investigation. That moment would be fun to watch...

Or they will suddenly change their avatars from Contador to Levi, and gripe about how Contador ruined it for Levi and Bruyneel.

Somebody just told them that Alberto was in the "cross-ears".

The "cross-ears".

That was Jeff Vader. Dumbass.

Damnit, I was hoping I had been quoted. That was truly weird timing.

Anyway, if Contador is in the cross-ears, he's seriously screwed.

not just Contador, but the entire Spanish peloton.

This could clean up the sport for the better, if the Italians get their shit together too.

I wonder if Bettini will give DNA or will he retire. I reckon the latter.

I suspect that Vader was paying homage to your post.

Fark as Bro would say. You would then have to clean the Dutch, Belgians, Americans, Columbians and all of the eastern bloc guys.

The court will investigate the role of Fuentes and the other doctors. The riders are NOT under investigation from the court of Madrd.

I'm glad Ball is what he is and is doing what he's doing. I love a good old fashioned public melt down. Plus, I'd like to see Botero, Sevilla and Hamilton ride in person... if they ever get the chance. It could get bad enough for them that even the local crits won't let them race.
Interestingly enough, the Rock Racing roster does not include Hamilton, Botero or Sevilla but it does have Leogrande.... well for now:

just the same, ch, if some riders' names come out in court or through investigative reportage won't uci/wada/nat'l federations have to take action against them? obviously aso is already on record as wanting them to be excluded from the tdf.

Interesting that Rock Racing only has 5 riders listed on that provisional start list, obviously a lot of last minute decision-making to take place - Cipo, ramifications of OP, ramifications of Leogrande's lawsuit ...

Who says there is going to be a court case. Serrano has been asked to open the investigation again. No more, no less.

I don't think Astana wasn't excluded because of doping. My opinion is that it has to do with the UCI - ASO power struggle. Because of last years Tour Astana was an easy victim to demonstrate: no we do not invite all Pro-Tour teams and we sell it to the public as a doping issue...
