I have painstakingly weighed each of C's last 100 posts... and averaged them out... and they weigh less than a duck.

So C is a witch...

Hhhhmmmm, pretty neat how nobody bitches about the thread being off track when it becomes being about ragging on me. For some odd reason, it seems to always happen that somebody makes such a comment (complaining about a thread being off track) as soon as I come in and merely respond to everyone else's jokes about me.

Everything floats when it reaches the deadlights.

PS: reference to Stephen King's novel.

Well, it is your fault for taking it personally. The original complaint applied more to thunder than you.

Landis appeal dismissed:

Lausanne, 30 June 2008 – The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has dismissed the appeal filed by the American cyclist Floyd Landis and has confirmed the initial decision issued by a Panel of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) on 20 September 2007. Consequently, Floyd Landis is disqualified from the Tour de France 2006 and is suspended for a period of two years starting from 30 January 2007. Floyd Landis has been ordered to pay the sum of USD 100'000 to the United States Anti-doping Agency (USADA) as a contribution towards its costs in the CAS arbitration.

Best news I had all day. So that just about draws a line under the entire USPS story. Hopefully we never have to hear from them again. I wonder if Lance will suggest that CAS is corrupt just like the lab ?

Thanks for that confirmation Rolf.

Landis cock and bull alibi's have been dismissed for the lies that they were.

And all those who contributed to his defence fund ought to be refunded every penny that they donated.

Personally I am delighted that Landis got his comuppence : he played especially dirty when he and his team tried to silence Greg LeMond.
