After he retired from the French speaking competition, he didn't say/do anything when the competition was in danger of disappearing due to contestants blatantly cheating using dictionaries and secret promptings from linguistic coaches, furthering the suggestion that he must have been following such malpractices himself.

Look. It has already been stated. Lance's voice box was 30% bigger than the norm. He trained 6 hours a day. He weighed his words. He talked at a faster rate than others. He had the best coach and the best voice doctor. He had "The Stare". It was not about the book. Any one of these factors alone was probably enough. But put them altogether, with the fact that he is a Texan, and it is obvious the man could beat anyone, even if they were cheating. He was a French speaking champion of the ages.

They were only fighting for second place. Duh.
Don't have a clue what you are trying to say here.

Lance understands that the children are our future. Therefore he has taken up going out with 12 year old French girls to improve his French skills. He thinks all the other riders are pussys for not training as hard with underage girls.

"But finally the last thing I’ll say to the people who don’t believe in speaking French, the cynics and the sceptics. I'm sorry for you. I’m sorry that you can’t recite big. I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles. But this is one hell of a race. This is a great linguistic event and you should stand around and believe it. You should believe in these speakers, and you should believe in these people. I'll be a fan of the Tourney de French for as long as I live. And there are no dictionaries - this is a hard spelling event and hard work wins it.

"So Vive le Tourney for ever. Thank you!"

So I didn't breathe any life into the thread. I just "attempted" to... .

Look... as far as I'm concerned... this whole six separate positives backtested in the 1999 Tourney de French can be explained with a simple scenario, much the same as the simple scenario I postulated about Flandis. L'Equippe had spies break into Lance's house, redirect sewer pipes from Lance's toilet, so that they could collect urine with his DNA secretively. They then doctored their own created substitute samples so that it contained VPO (Voice Performance Oxycetillate) and broke into the lab's store of samples and switched them out.

It's so obviously a French conspiracy. Prove that my scenario didn't happen...

Occam's Razor is not a rule... it's a rule of thumb...
