Steve

If there is enough interest can we create another topic in the forums where we can "store" these graphs? It can have subdivisions for Aussie and RSA with regions then subdivided in that. I think this whole feature can become a great drawcard for the forum. We just need to set a standard so the scales can be constant. Let the gurus reply!!!!

Keep em spinning

Big H

Steve

I sent you an email previously regarding the route profiles. What does the job of administrator entail??? How much time do I have to spend doing this??? The only reason why I want the profiles to be sorted by region is that I am not really interested in the profile of a route in Perth or Sydney, neither are you interested in the profile of the Rooiwal or Klipdri froute. There would be just more order if it can be split.

Keep those wheels spinning

Big H

Some news re route profiles. I read from the Polar Aust. forum that there's a Dutch company that will make altitude profile graphs for you for free:

http://www.senso-unico.nl/polarprofielframe.html
This might become one of the major projects of the cycling world.

So many climbs, so many options.

I have been considering buying maps and trying to construct profiles of my preferred rides. Now it seems that I didn't spend enough when I bought my HRM.

D'oh.
Definitely my type of race.

Yep, I knew all about that climb towards the end.
The race is usually a couple of weeks before the 94.7 and can therefore be a nice "warmup" ride for all the South Africans out there.

You can follow the scheduling of the next event here.

www.wpp.iway.na

Leon

Does anyone know how to paste a Polar S710 profile on this site?

I have the 94.7, OFM Classic and a few others on my computer and I'm sure newbies would want to see profiles of these races before they do them (they can also see my poor heart suffering!!!).
It was 450x450pixels. Try it again and see how it looks

cheers
