Jeez, it's only a measly two-tooth jump, why wouldn't it shift well?

Got it backwards (or maybe upside down!) from the 11 to the 14 is a _down_ shift, from 14 to 13 is
an _up_shift.
The 11-13 jump is pretty big to have on the high end. I'd be more inclined to ditch the 14 rather
than the 12.
