I can't persuade my wife to pose for pic on her old mountain bike but i would say she is most fabulous looking cycle rider. She doesn't read this forum and would be noticably miffed if she knew i had put her picture on it

I would think that any woman cyclist (within the age range of the viewer)  will be attractive to men by dint of being very fit, and i would imagine the same works in reverse (unless you have a pig sellotaped to your face), but the ladies are unlikely to start a "who's the best looking male rider" thread, (Cavendish i'm told or Chris Hoy if you go for big muscle).
