Body Rolling

In the November issue of Running Times is an article on body rolling for
runners. It's about Yamuna Body Rolling www.yamunabodyrolling.com.
According to the article, "Rolling the legs, spine, joints and muscles over
a small, dense inflated ball replicates the pressure of a deep tissue
massage."

Has anyone tried this? I've heard of people using rolling pins or tennis
balls. Is there any advantage to using the Yamuna ball?
