Based in part on the cross-posting and in part on the random babble
content at the end, I suspect that the poster of that rant was none
other than the net.nuisance known as Hipcrime, or one of Hipcrime's
many Hipclones. There has been considerable speculation about just
where Hipcrime actually is. I don't believe that the widely
postulated locales are likely to be correct, regardless of the basis
for the conclusions supporting them.

This may be the first time that Hipcrime has had something to say
which had actual content, though. Still off topic, in any event.
