Did workout w/friend, and discovered I could run faster
with competition.

Ankle sore (from speedwork yesterday). Funny, since it
didn't hurt at all during that workout.
Sat 18.0 02:58 (09:53/mile) Long Run 3100' climb
Took it easy up, and felt great on way down. Ankle 95%

to schedule a 50k race, but my rt. ankle still isn't 100%on rocky terrain.
