I just picked up a Polar S150 at Performance since they were clearing them out.
What I thought the unit would do is keep track of how long I spend in each of
three heart rate zones. I only can get it to show how long I was in one zone.
Can someone tell me or direct me to some info on how to do this. The manual is
very poorly written.
