How long have you got to train? What training have you done already? What is the 100 km like?

Hi Linomazza,

I'm also now getting ready to do a few 100 km. I stay in a very hilly area and as soon as I'm able to do 1 hour rides in the morning.

On weekends I'll go look for a flat long distance. I have also entered a few races which I will be using for training rides as well.
