This makes a nice alternative to poaching fish. I use a George Foreman
grill and it comes out great.

Teriyaki Salmon

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

20 ounces salmon fillets -- cut in 4 pieces
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger root -- minced
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon sherry
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Mix all ingredients except salmon fillets together in a glass or
plastic bowl or a Ziploc bag. Add salmon fillets and let marinate for
at least one hour or up to 8 hours.
Remove salmon from marinade and either grill or broil for 2 to 4
minutes per side or until desired doneness.
