Can the thumb button shift more than one gear at a time like Shimano?

Are you talking about STI or the mtb shifter? Newer campy ergo can shift 3up and 3down.

I'm talking about STI. 3up, huh? Cool, thanks.

Three down with the front lever, but the thumb button can shift up the whole cassette.
Have to try it on my next ride. I ususlly go 3 and 3, but I will try the thumb all the way. Learn something new every day. My 10 spd barend shifters on the aero bars go 10 and 10...I know that for sure.
To the original question, do STI have thumb shifers? I know my mbt combo shifters have them.
Regards

I've never shifted the whole cassette while riding. It's nice to know you can, but it's not the kind of thing you really need.

On my club ride there is a short steep hill with long steady drop at the crest. It's nice to climb up in it my 39/19 and then shift in about 4 seconds into my 53/11 to real in the guys that past me on the way up. You have to hold the right lever all the way down for a couple seconds and it jumps all the way to your biggest gear. It's a nice feature.
