Apple Pie

This is one of my all-time favourite pies. I used to buy it at lunch when I
first arrived in the US, but it seems to have disappeared from restaurants
and recipes. I was delighted to find this one - I hope the Granny Smiths
haven't dried out by now!

I've only just found the recipe - I think I'll substitute lemon juice for
the orange juice.
